After School Soup


  • 8 Cups of Water
  • 3 Tablespoons of Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 box of large potato dumplings
  • fresh parsley
  • fresh spinach
  • fresh kale
  • black pepper
    ✔️Bring 8 cups of water to a boil and add as much chicken bouillon to your taste preferences. We used 3 tablespoons of the Knorr brand bouillon .✔️Grate one box of frozen large potato dumplings on a cheese grater and add the shreds to the simmering soup a handful at a time. This creates a creamy soup with little bites of noodle like dumplings.

    ✔️Simmer for 5 minutes and add fresh parsley, handfuls of kale or spinach and black pepper to taste.

    Serve this with some buttered saltines for a nostalgic and delicious meal.
